Architecture that gives back

We started BIRD•DOT after realizing how many swift nests are accidentally lost during building renovations.

With support from the Lithuanian Council for Culture, we brought designers and bird experts together to create safe, cozy habitats that look like wall art.

Our goal is to give these birds a sanctuary while bringing a little bit of beauty to the neighborhood.

CORE VALUES

Science first
Every design decision is validated against ornithological research.

Honest beauty
We never sacrifice habitat function for aesthetics. Both must work.

Open knowledge
We share everything we learn — installation guides, species data, field results.

Long game
We design for decades: buildings, nest boxes, and Swift populations alike.
